Discuss this panel ↗ BLOOD SAMPLE · PHYSICIAN-GUIDED SELECTIONMarkers to discuss with your laboratory physician
An inflammatory signal to interpret in the context of recent illness, exercise, and your broader health.
Strenuous training can raise CK. Collection timing and recent exercise help your physician put the result in context.
Blood-cell measurements and iron markers, including transferrin saturation. Ferritin can also rise with inflammation, so it is interpreted alongside other findings.
Electrolytes, glucose, proteins, and liver and kidney measurements provide context for the rest of your results.
Your physician will help choose appropriate testing and collection timing. Lab values alone do not measure recovery or determine readiness to train.
